Michael focuses on all areas of intellectual property law, including patent and trademark prosecution, and trademark, copyright and unfair competition litigation.
Michael’s primary area of technical expertise is in biological sciences, but he has also worked on issues relating to chemical, mechanical and software technology.
Prior to joining the firm, Michael attended Fordham University School of Law, where he served as a member of the Urban Law Journal and earned the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award as a member of the Samuelson-Glushko Intellectual Property and Information Law Clinic. Michael also interned with the firm during his final year of law school.
