Barbara Loewenthal specializes in all areas of trademark prosecution and has extensive experience in securing U.S. trademark rights for our clients. She has an intimate knowledge of the workings of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office and of the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, and she has handled numerous opposition and cancellation proceedings before them both. Ms. Loewenthal has worked on a broad range of copyright matters and has represented a number of clients in domain name disputes.
