Frank Decolvenaere has extensive experience in the areas of domestic and foreign trademark protection and licensing, and in matters of copyright and unfair competition. He has represented clients in industries such as apparel (including footwear), beverages (including wine), Internet applications, pharmaceuticals, publishing, stock photography, and telecommunications. Mr. Decolvenaere has also served as an arbitrator on the Commercial Arbitration Panel of the American Arbitration Association.
