Lesley J. Matty is involved in all areas of domestic and foreign trademark and copyright litigation and prosecution. She served as an Articles Editor of the Cardozo Journal of International and Comparative Law. Ms. Matty has conducted extensive research on the protection and prosecution of nontraditional trademark rights and is the author of Rock, Paper, Scissors, Trademark? A Comparative Analysis of Motion as a Feature of Trademarks in the United States and Europe (14 Cardozo J. Int'l & Comp. L. 557 [2006]).
