Richard Schurin’s expertise encompasses litigation in all areas of intellectual property, including copyright, trademark, unfair competition, trade secret, patent law, and insurance coverage disputes relating to intellectual property. He has represented clients in federal courts in New York and throughout the United States. Most recently, Mr. Schurin has served clients in the apparel, jewelry, retail, hospitality, and consumer goods industries. He is a member of the Executive Committee of the Intellectual Property Section of the New York State Bar Association, and serves as co-chair of their Legislative/Amicus Committee.
