Steven Stern specializes in litigation, including matters relating to patent, trademark, unfair competition, and copyright law. His most recent work has included the representation of clients from the security camera, optical, jewelry, hardware, and apparel industries. Mr. Stern’s knowledge and experience further extend to patent prosecution, where he is involved in obtaining patents for a wide range of mechanical devices and commercial and consumer products.
