Zoya Chernina specializes in the prosecution of U.S. and international
patent matters. She has an extensive background in technical
areas including magnetic equipment, cutting tools, and food
and agricultural machinery. She also offers expertise in the
establishment of patent rights, worldwide. Ms. Chernina is
a former head of the patent department of the Ukrainian Design
Technical Bureau, and a former adjunct professor of patent
law at Odessa Patent Institute.
